| Streckenlayout | 12 Kurven, lange Geraden und der Ausblick auf Tafelberg, WM-Stadion und Südatlantik machen den Stadtkurs in Kapstadt sicher zu einem der schnellsten im Kalender der Formel E und zu einem mit der schönsten Aussicht der Season 9. Insgesamt neunmal müssen die 22 Piloten links und nur dreimal rechts einlenken. Nach dem Start geht es gegen den Uhrzeigersinn auf der 2,921 Kilometer langen Strecke in eine schnelle Passage mit drei Linkskurven. Nach der Schikane mit den Turns vier, fünf und sechs und der 90-Grad-Linkskurve T7 folgt die lange Gegengerade, die mit Vollgas gefahren wird und gute Überholmöglichkeiten bietet. Nach den Kurven acht bis elf schließt sich eine weitere sehr schnelle Passage an, die auf die Start-Ziel-Gerade führt. |
