Carlberg produces performance worthy of a champion at FIA Junior ERC finale in Croatia

The finale of this season’s FIA Junior ERC in Croatia saw Calle Carlberg emphatically underline why he is the new champion. From the word go, the Swede produced an impressive performance on the Hankook rally tyre, taking the lead on the first leg. Right through to the tenth special stage, there was simply no stopping the youngster, as he secured his fourth win of the season in the junior class of the FIA European Rally Championship, which is supplied by Hankook. Behind him, Norway’s Karl Peder Nordstrand and Austrian Luca Pröglhöf finished second and third. The event marked the end of Hankook’s third year as exclusive tyre partner of FIA Junior ERC – with a strong performance and consistent grip on a wide range of surfaces.
